Virat Kohli made his debut in 2008 and played only for Bangalore. Kohli has scored five centuries in Indian T20 League, which is a record. The Indian skipper has aggregated 5878 runs in 184 innings at an average of 38.16. Kolhi also has the record for most runs in a single season as 32-years old batsman scored 916 runs in 2016 to lead his side into the final of the Indian T20 League. 


Suresh Raina 



Suresh Raina is known as Mr. Indian T20 League. The left-hand batsman had teh record of most runs until Kohli surpasses him after the 2016 heroics. Raina has played an important role for Chennai, and with his class-batting, Chennai won three titles. He has scored more than 400 in each and every season he played in Indian T20 League. Raina missed season 2020 due to personal reasons but still take the second spot in the list of top run-getters. Raina has aggregated 5368 runs at an average of 33.34 and has one century to his name. 


David Warner 



David Warner made his debut in 2009 for Delhi and later joined the Hyderabad franchise. Warner became the captain of Hyderabad and led the side to win the title in 2016. Australian opener is the highest Non-Indian run-scorer in the history of the Indian T20 League. Warner has amassed 5254 runs at an average of 42.71 and a strike rate of 141.54. Warner has the best average and best strike rate among those who scored more than 5000 runs in Indian T20 League. Warner has the most half-centuries (48) in the tournament, and he can become the only player to score 50 half-centuries in Indian T20 League. 


Rohit Sharma 



Rohit Sharma is the most successful captain in Indian T20 League who led Mumbai to four titles in 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2020. Rohit Sharma is the second player in the history of the Indian T20 League after Dhoni, who has played 200 matches in this league. Hitman has aggregated 5230 runs at an average of 31.31. Rohit Sharma has one century and 39 half-centuries in Indian T20 League. 


Shikhar Dhawan 


Shikhar Dhawan has also played all seasons in Indian T20 League. The left-hand batsman has played for four franchises. His most runs came for the Hyderabad franchise. Dhawan has scored 5197 runs at an average of 34.41 and a strike rate of 34.41. He has two centuries, and both came in season 2020. He has scored second most half-centuries (41) in Indian T20 League. Dhawan has the record of most fours (591) in the history of the Indian T20 League.
