Virender Sehwag 


Virender Sehwag made his Indian T20 League for Delhi and moved to Punjab. He led Delhi to reach the maiden playoffs in the inaugural season of the Indian T20 League. Sehwag is the first Indian player to score a hundred for Delhi. After the success of the 2011 WC, Sehwag smashed his maiden T20 ton in the same year against Hyderabad. His best season came in 2012 when he aggregated 495 runs to take Delhi into the playoffs after three years. Sehwag scored 2174 runs from 79 matches in Indian T20 League. He has the record of most fours for Delhi with 266 sixes. 


Rishabh Pant  


Rishabh Pant made his debut in Indian T20 League for Delhi in 2016. In just 5 years, he become a popular face of this franchise. The wicket-keeper batsman is the third Delhi player to score 2000 runs in Indian T20 League. He has aggregated 2079 runs at an average of 35.23. Dhawan has the record of scoring the most runs for Delhi in a single season. The Indian star scored 684 runs in 2018 in just 14 matches. Pant also has the record of the highest individual score for Delhi with an unbeaten 127 against Hyderabad. He has the record of most sixes for Delhi with 103 sixes. 


Shikhar Dhawan 


Dhawan came back into Delhi for the second time. He made his debut for this franchise in 2008 and went to Hyderabad. Delhi traded him in 2019. Dhawan scored 1479 runs from 47 matches at an average of 38.92. The left-hander scored 618 runs in 2020 which was his best performance. He is the only player who scored two consecutive hundreds in Indian T20 League. Dhawan is one of the rare players who scored two hundred in a single season.


David Warner 


David Warner is known as the biggest star of Hyderabad but he played his first few seasons for Delhi. He played five seasons for Delhi and scored 1435 runs from 55 matches. Warner was the first player to scored two hundred for a single franchise. In his final season for Delhi, he scored 410 runs at an average of 31.53.
