Virat Kohli’s Bangalore gets their Indian T20 League 2020-21 campaign underway with a clash against Hyderabad.

Team Preview

Bangalore reached UAE to search the maiden Indian T20 League title and their assignment would be their 2016 final rivals Hyderabad. Bangalore worked on their squad after the last year’s auction and tried to fulfil their weak spots. Finch would solve their opening issue and Morris would propel their chances in death-overs. In spin, they have Chahal, Sundar, Shahbaz and Zampa which is the best attack in UAE’s conditions. They can improve their game this year and crack the playoff puzzle.

Meanwhile, Warner is back as the captain for Hyderabad and most probably, their overseas players will be available for the complete tournament. The top-order is outstanding but they are lacking the most in middle-order. This is the weakest part in Hyderabad side but they have match-winners like Bairstow, Nabi and Rashid who can change the game in favour of the orange army.

Pitch Report

Dubai Cricket Stadium will host the second game and the surface can test the batsmen with its spin behaviour. The spinners will have an advantage and the batsmen need to play sensibly to score runs here.
